Synergy students will undertake internships at ALIDI

Synergy University and the ALIDI Group have signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the field of education and talent development for the logistics, distribution, international trade, marketing, and management industries.

As a leading distributor of well-known international FMCG brands and a logistics operator across Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan, as well as an industry partner of the university’s specialized faculties, ALIDI will participate in developing and implementing educational programs, organizing internships and practical training, shaping students’ career paths, and building a talent pool based at Synergy University.

“We are convinced that only close collaboration with industry partners allows future specialists to gain not abstract, but truly in-demand competencies — those that match market requirements and the dynamics of the industry. For us as a university, this partnership is an opportunity to continuously update educational standards, making them more practice-oriented and aligned with employers’ expectations,” noted Ekaterina Eremina, Head of the Faculty of Logistics at Synergy University.

Students will take part in hackathons focused on solving real and near-real industry challenges. The tasks for these events will be developed by the ALIDI team. Company employees, in turn, will receive corporate discounts for Synergy University programs, enabling ALIDI to continuously advance staff qualifications.

“For us, it is essential to develop internal talent initiatives and provide employees with access to modern education. Our partnership with Synergy University will enable us to scale these opportunities and establish a sustainable system for training future generations of ALIDI employees,” emphasized Viktoria Tsoy, HR Director of the ALIDI Group.
