ALIDI Group Confirms “Advanced (A)” Level in the Renowned Responsible Business Rating

ALIDI has once again reaffirmed not only its business reputation but also its social standing as a prominent example of responsible large-scale enterprise in Russia. In autumn 2025, the company participated in the official rating conducted in accordance with the national standard GOST R “Business Reputation Index of Entrepreneurial Entities (ECG Rating),” and received a certificate confirming the “Advanced (A)” level.

What is ECG?
ECG is a federal initiative for assessing businesses based on three key criteria — Environment, Human Capital, and Government — which together provide a comprehensive view of a company’s sustainability and social responsibility.

1. Environment: This criterion evaluates a company’s impact on the environment, its use of best available technologies, and its involvement in environmental projects and initiatives. 2. Human Capital: The expert committee reviews factors such as wage levels, employee social programs (health insurance, training, housing initiatives), demographic initiatives, and the company’s charitable activities. 3. Government: This dimension assesses a company’s tax record and compliance, its business reputation, the scope and direction of its social investments, as well as its engagement with professional unions and industry associations.

Thus, the ECG program offers a systemic perspective that goes beyond purely financial indicators. It evaluates a company’s environmental responsibility, its care for employees, and, importantly, the quality of its interaction with the state and society.

For ALIDI, the certificate serves as an implicit confirmation of its stability and transparency not only in the market but also within the broader community. And it should be emphasized that this recognition is the collective achievement of the entire ALIDI team. Every project that contributed to this result — from environmental initiatives to staff development programs — was created and implemented by the company’s employees.
