ALIDI Expands Geography of Business
23.10.2017On October 2, 2017, ALIDI started distribution of Nestle products in five regions of Russia: the Republic of Tatarstan, the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Chuvash Republic, the Republic of Mari El and the Kirov Region.
New regions within the structure of the ALIDI group will form a new division called "Vostok". Its head office will be located in the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan in Kazan, where ALIDI rent a modern logistic complex "Konstantinovsky" located 2.5 km to the east of the village. Konstantinovka.To start up in new regions ALIDI team needed about a month. During this time, the following tasks were completed:
- Recruitment and hiring of personnel, the total number of employees in the new regions exceeds 550 people.
- Preparing of the infrastructure of new storage areas. They are located in Kazan and Ufa, each of them has an area of 3000 sq.m. and 2000 sq.m. respectively.
- Negotiations with clients and a campaign to conclude agreements with them.
- Settings of information systems were completed, including mobile commerce and the WMS system.
