“Bistroff” and “Nestle”: unified distributor system

At the end of the year of 2006 Nestle Company, the leading producer of foodstuff and beverage at the Russian market, and “Bistroff” Company signed the agreement about their interaction in foodstuff production and distribution. According to the reached agreement the companies will work out, produce and sell their products together using the well-known trade marks “Bistroff”, “Bistrenok”, “Bistrenok Baby”. On the 1st of March, 2007 “Bistroff” products appeared in the price list of Nestle department of ALIDI Company. The first sales also started in March. ALIDI’s range of goods was enriched with one more category. Undoubtedly, this fact positively influences the business direction Nestle development.
