Bonduelle Selects ALIDI Promotion as Provider of Choice
29.08.2008August, 23 2008, Moscow – In August ALIDI Promotion was selected by Bonduelle company as а provider of promotion services to realize a telemarketing project in 10 cities of Russian Federation.
This project is a set of motivation programs intended for employees responsible for stock supply in outlets. The project will be carried out from September till November 2008. The startup is scheduled on September, 15 2008.
In every city there are 30-50 outlets to launch motivation program. The project will be realized as an audit – a trade-program with mark assessments. The organizers will assess employees work according to the following criteria: sales dynamics in the outlet, stock availability, merchandising of goods and presence of POS in the outlet. The auditors will visit each outlet once a week during two months. The employees responsible for stock supply in the outlet will be awarded a prize according to the rating they got after the audit.
