ALIDI – foreground investment project of Nizhegorodsky region

On the 30 of September 2010 the investment committee of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod region decided to support the request of ALIDI for giving the project “The building of the warehouse complex 2nd turn” the status of foreground project of the Nizhny Novgorod region with government support in giving exemptions for property tax. It’s good to add that Nizhny Novgorod region is the All-Russian top-ranked logistic centre situated at the crossroads of traditional trade routes of Russia and Europe.

The project’s scope impresses:
• The investment range is 689 million rubles;
• More than 150 work positions were provided to the enterprise;
• More than 1000 people were indirectly involved in the project from the side of the independent contractors.

“Due to the support of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod region we succeeded in reduction of the recoupment time of the project that means that the ALIDI Group can gain the point much faster”, - said Denis Lobkov, the financial director of ALIDI Group.

Statuses of foreground project of the Nizhny Novgorod region in different times from 2007 got such organizations as: ”Viksa’s ironworks”, “Red Etna Factory”, IKEA SPO (Trade and и real estate), “Lukoil- Nizhegorodneftorgsintez”, Brewing company “Volga”, ”Sibur – Neftehim” and some more companies of Nizhny Novgorod region.
