ALIDI at HR Workshop by Procter & Gamble
15.09.2008September 11-12, 2008 – Procter & Gamble held in Odessa a workshop for its distributors’ HR managers and Directors. ALIDI Group was represented at this event by Anna Shikhova, HR Director ALIDI Group, and Julia Shishkanova, Regional HR Manager ALIDI Nord.
Two days workshop program included a business review and a contest among HR representatives. To take part in the contest all the company’s representative had to introduce to the audience a project of an HR initiative or practice implemented in company’s work during the current year. ALIDI’s project “Sales staff evaluation” was ranked second.
“The evaluation of sales personnel was introduced as practice some years ago, but it did not work well. The evaluation procedure demanded much time and effort, many people were involved in it and the results were not impartial. – comments Anna Shihkova,- that is why we decided to change completely the procedure. Or new system is based on the evaluation of knowledge, skills and efforts of the sales staff. The evaluation is made on a regular basis so our employees always get a feedback from their Managers and have an idea of how to develop professionally”.
