ALIDI and Voronezh-Frakht announced their merging
31.03.2020ALIDI and Voronezh-Frakht announced their merging. Voronezh-Frakht distribution business is integrated into ALIDI GROUP COMPANY structure.
Start of integration process is scheduled on April 1st, 2020. At the moment negotiations on resigning contracts with clients, staff transfer, preparing of necessary logistic infrastructure and updating of ALIDI information systems are on a final stage.
As a result ALIDI team will grow by 476 employees, the company extents its business as a distributor of Nestle and Nestle Purina products, with a merchandising agreement will operate in Voronezh, Tula, Bryansk, Kaluga, Lipetsk, Orel and Smolensk.
